Omni Cable Corporation (OmniCable) is proud to announce the promotion of Jon Collins to Call Center Sales Manager and Steve Skurla to Call Center Assistant Sales Manager.
In Collins’s new role, he will be dedicated to managing and growing the OmniCable Call Center Team. “We are excited to provide Jon with this opportunity. Jon helped to develop and manage some of the largest accounts on the team, contributing nicely to the profitability of the group,” said Greg Donato, OmniCable’s Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Collins began his career at OmniCable in 2012 as a Call Center Account Manager. He was then promoted to Assistant Manager in 2013, helping to manage the team while maintaining a full account base. Jon received his BS in business administration from Polk State College, FL.
“I am very excited for the opportunity to lead our Call Center Team,” said Collins. “I feel that my product knowledge and understanding of our customers will help to further the development of the team,” he added.
In Skurla’s new role, he will be assisting Collins with the day-to-day business activities. “Jon and I are excited to be a part of this tremendous sales team and for the chance to discover new opportunities within our customer base. We are both committed to providing a world-class experience for our customers,” said Skurla.
Skurla began his career at OmniCable as an intern in late 2012. He returned as a full-time employee in 2013 as part of the company’s newly formed management trainee program. As part of the program, he has worked in a number of departments at OmniCable, most recently at the company’s PA branch as an Account Manager. Skurla received his BS in business management from Villanova University, PA.
“Matching Collins and Skurla’s skill sets will provide the team direction and support,” said Donato. “Jon’s strong day-to-day transactional sales expertise, coupled with Steve’s deeper departmental training, will make for a winning combination for our OmniCable team,” he added.
